Employment
Wing Haven is a unique organization with a comprehensive approach to domestic abuse. We are passionate about enabling women to choose safety, but we believe that safety is only the beginning of the healing process. The healing process takes time and the support of people with various skills who are committed to empowering women to stay abuse free – for the sake of themselves and their children.
The key to Wing Haven’s future success lies in people. People committed to a high-quality comprehensive program that includes counseling, spiritual and legal support and highly-focused individualized care of women and their children. We are pleased to employ three highly qualified team members: a Program Director, Counselor, and Child Development Supervisor. This skilled team creates a powerful platform for the restoration of women and their children.
The Child Care Supervisor should have graduated from a four-year college or university with a degree in early childhood development or a related subject; have at least two years experience teaching preschool children; and have experience teaching/facilitating parent education classes.
